Use of the ACC is available only to students in programs that have requested access and to students who demonstrate a need for access to the Director of Academic Computing. An access list is kept at the Consultants Area.

When a scheduled class is in a lab, the lab is theirs. They can choose to allow other users or not. Users allowed in a lab during a scheduled class are guests of the class. They are expected not to disturb the class. Consultants will not assist guests of a scheduled class, since this would distract the class.

Bumping: If you need the use of a specialized resource that is not on every system, you may move a user of such a system, if there is an available system with the resource that they are using.
