The group read and reviewed a draft report distributed by Wendy. Wendy will incorporate the group's comments and add an Executive Summary, which Paul drafted.

Linda led the group in creating a table to rate the options under consideration. Options 6, 9, 10 and 11 were not rated because they would not provide enough parking spaces. The table the group drafted is below:
