Using the Campus Calendar

Overview

You can choose to view all events or to view only specific calendars. The calendar can be displayed in Week, Month or Agenda formats. Use the down arrow next to the Agenda tab to deselect calendars you don't want to view.

View by Calendar

The Campus Calendar displays all events posted to the Academic Calendar, Alumni Events Calendar, the Performing, Media & Visual Arts Calendar, the Diversity, Equity & Social Justice Calendar, the Athletics Calendar and the Student Support Calendar. Student Activities and Housing Calendars are in separate windows below the Campus Calendar. You may select the calendars you want to view by selecting from the drop-down menu located on the upper right corner of the calendar and selecting or deselecting from the list.

Display by Week, Month or Agenda

By default, the Campus Calendar displays the current calendar week. The period of time displayed (Week, Month or Agenda) can be changed by selecting the appropriate tab in the upper right corner of the calendar.

The Student Activities and Housing Calendars are displayed in Agenda format by default.

Event Descriptions

Event descriptions normally contain the start and end time (if applicable) and the event title. To see all of the information available about an event, click on the name of the event in the calendar.

Submit an Event

Currently, the two calendars that events can be submitted to are the Alumni Calendar and the Arts, Culture and Diversity Calendar.
