Scatter Their Own Workshop

Thursday, November 30, 2017 - 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Longhouse Cultural Center
Free Scatter Their Own concert and workshop on November 30, 2017, 7:00 p.m.

Scatter Their Own is an alter-Native rock husband and wife duo, Scotti Clifford and Julianna Brown-Eyes Clifford. They are Lakota from the Pine Ridge Reservation. Scatter Their Own is the English translation of their tribe's name, Oglala.

Their presentation will address how we as indigenous peoples from North America had a natural way of living with peace and justice with one another in our environment.  They like to promote thought and dialogue about how we can return to this manner through art and self-expression.

Admission is free!

The Longhouse is a drug, alcohol and smoke free environment.
