Student Financial Services
Make web payments using myevergreen.edu.
Your student account is your school billing account. Quarterly tuition, meal plans, residential rent (housing), health clinic services and fines, charges or late fees from other departments (i.e. library, media loan, lab stores, childcare center, parking, etc.) are applied to the student account.
Important Online Payment Information
The Evergreen State College does not accept Visa for online credit card payments. Additionally, a convenience fee in the amount of 2.75% is charged on all credit card payments using American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. A no-cost secure electronic check payment option is available through Web Payment and requires a routing number and a bank account number (savings or checking).
The Cashier's office no longer processes credit card payments at the window. Debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo will continue to be accepted with a pin number. For more information on payment options, please visit http://www.evergreen.edu/business/cashier/paymentoptions.htm.
Textbooks are not purchased on the student account. Monies intended to buy books should not be deposited into the student account. You can set up an account with the Greener Store by contacting them directly at (360) 867-5300 or go to The Evergreen State College Greener Store
The Student Financial Services office also maintains billing accounts for all other debts owed to the college. Accounts are assigned to any non-student community member, staff or faculty who incur a debt to The Evergreen State College. The Evergreen State College reserves the right to place past due accounts with a collection agency and the account holder will be responsible for any collections fees charged in addition to the original debt. Contact our office at (360) 867-5447 for more information on past due accounts.
