Direct Deposit eRefund
The Evergreen State College can electronically transfer your financial excess funds (or any overpayment you may have on your account) directly into your checking or savings bank account. By using the direct deposit option, you will be able to receive your funds two to three days earlier than a mailed check.
How Do I Enroll?
Go to your my.evergreen.edu account and click on "Web Payment". The link to register for Direct Deposit will be on the lower left corner under "Your recent Payments" under eRefund. Click the "Please click here to enroll in Direct Deposit refunds." You will see your current status as "Not Yet Enrolled". Once you opt to use E-refund for direct deposit, you will be prompted to enter your bank account information. Make sure the information you enter is accurate, as it could considerably delay your refund or even reject it. Your status will now show "Enrolled" and an email from our CASHNET web payment site will be sent to you to confirm your enrollment. All refunds will then be processed as direct deposit, unless you withdraw your registration.
ALL refunds are either directly deposited, if enrolled in Direct Deposit E-refund, or mailed to your mailing address. We no longer offer in-person pick-up for any refund checks. It is critical that you make sure that the mailing address you have on your my.evergreen.edu is up-to-date and correct. If the address is incorrect and the check is lost, it will take up to two-weeks before a replacement check can be issued.
