1098-T Information
*** Electronic 1098-T Forms for Tax Year 2012 are now available for viewing on my.evergreen.edu account ***
Students who have elected to have their 1098-T Form in electronic format, will not receive a hard copy. All other students will have their 1098-T Form mailed to them on or before January 29, 2012.
Electronic or Printed 1098-T Forms are sent to all students who had qualified tuition and related expenses billed to their account during the calendar year ending December 31, 2012. Under the Internal Revenue Code Section 25A, students may claim an education tax credit for qualified tuition and related expenses actually paid during the year ending December 31st.

For questions on the amounts shown on form 1098T, log on to your my.evergreen.edu account, click on "Student Financial Services" then "Tax Notification" (enter current tax year). Scroll down to see the details for each amount listed in boxes 2, 4, 5, and 6.
