Student Billing

You may not get a bill

Tuition bills are typically processed 3 weeks before the quarter begins. If you are not registered prior to the billing date for the upcoming quarter your bill will NOT reflect tuition charged for that quarter. Billing statements can be printed from Gateway once a student is registered and tuition has been assessed. Bills will be mailed to the current mailing address unless the student has set up a special billing address by signing the 'Billing Address Agreement' with our office.

It is the student's responsibility to verify payment of tuition by the deadline. If your tuition will be paid with financial aid (loans, grants or scholarships) you should verify that the funds have arrived at Evergreen before the payment deadline to avoid getting dropped from enrollment. Tuition payment deadlines fall on the Wednesday prior to the first day of each quarter.
