Important Reminder: Adjustments (Leave without pay, Overtime, etc.) affecting the 1st-15th of the month are due in the Human Resource Services office the 1st working day after the 15th of each month. Adjustments affecting the 16th through the end of the month are due in the Human Resource Services office the 1st working day of the following month.

Complete Personnel/Position Action Forms (PAF'S) and Student/Temporary Action Forms (STAF'S) immediately on hiring and termination of every employee. Final leave slips for annual leave, sick leave and comptime are needed as well.

Students and Temporary Employees must sign Student/Temporary Action forms (STAF'S), complete a W-4 and I-9 requirements' BEFORE they can be paid.
