Cashier's
The Cashier's office is the central cash point for paying and distributing funds for The Evergreen State College.
Students, pay online using my.evergreen.edu.,
If you are a parent or authorized user, login to the authorized user site with the name and password your student set up for you to pay online.
You may want to also visit the Student Financial Services office with questions regarding your student account, and the Payroll & Benefits office with questions regarding your paychecks.
Important Online Payment Information
The Evergreen State College no longer accepts Visa for online credit card payments. Additionally a convenience fee in the amount of 2.75% is charged on all credit card payments using American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. A no-cost secure electronic check payment option is also available and requires a routing number and a bank account number (savings or checking). (Credit Cards and Echecks) Both options are available through web payment.
The Cashier's office no longer processes credit card payments at the window. Debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo are accepted with a pin number.
