PORTLAND, Ore.  - The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced the 2007 post-season Women's Soccer Honorees yesterday which included four Evergreen athletes.

Katie Cagle (So, Estacada, OR), Kate Green (Jr. Covington, WA), Marissa Major (Jr. Bellingham, WA) and Monica Ragan (Fr. Boise, ID) received All-Conference Team Honorable Mention honors.

Cagle, one of two outstanding keepers on the team, ranked 9th in the conference in shutouts, tallied thirty-three saves in nine games and moved into the top ten on the Evergreen All-Time list for the Most Saves in a Game (9 vs Concordia Univ.) category.

Forwards Green and Ragan helped their team in the scoring category. Green, who played just seven games because of an early season injury, always made an impact when she was on the field as a player and team leader. Green totaled two goals this season. Ragan was the team leader in goals scored with six and ranked in the top-ten in three shooting categories in the conference.

Marissa Major was given post-season honors for the second year in a row. Major played a quiet, but key role in Evergreen's defense that only allowed sixteen goals against the team. Evergreen defense was ranked second and third in the Goals Allowed and Goals Against categories.

Evergreen finished the season ranked sixth in the Cascade Conference.
