OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Four players from The Evergreen State College women's soccer team garnered All-Conference honors as the Geoducks posted the best season in school history. Forwards Alisha White and Kate Green were named to the first team along with goalkeeper Carly Stewart, while defender Kaylen Kelley was named to the second team.

The selection of Alisha White was the second in two years for the senior who led the Geoducks in scoring with 12 goals in 14 games. White also topped the conference in goals per game with a 0.86 average.

Carly Stewart was named the conference's top goalkeeper. The junior led the league in shutouts with seven on the season and was second in goals against average conceding just 11 goals in 17 games for a 0.64 g.a.a..

Newcomer Kate Green added offensive punch for Evergreen recording eight goals in 16 games for the Geoducks. The sophomore transfer from Seattle University also tallied three assists on the year.

Senior Kaylen Kelley rounds out the Geoduck honorees. The converted forward anchored a defense that allowed just 11 goals and suffered only two losses on the season - both to conference rival Concordia University, last season's national finalist.

The Geoducks finished the season second in conference play behind Concordia University with a 10-2-5 record. Evergreen was ranked as high as 28th in the nation and finished the season fourth in Region I.
