Team narrowly loses to UPS at tournaments first day

Tacoma, WA - Despite three Evergreen players scoring in the double digits, the Loggers of The University of Puget Sound narrowly defeated the Geoducks by three points in their 65-62 victory. The game opened day one of tournament play for Evergreen.
Jennifer Solberg led Evergreen with 19 points and 6 rebounds.
For UPS, Laura Hirsh led her team with 22 points and 5 rebounds.
Day two of the All-State Cantillana Classic Tournament resumes tomorrow for Evergreen when they play Linfield College at 2 PM.
