Talented Davis High School player signs on with women's basketball |

April 18, 2007 OLYMPIA, WA - Head coach Monica Heuer announced the signing of Angel Stewart, a senior at Davis High School in Yakima, WA. She signed her letter of Intent to play for the Geoducks beginning the 2007-08 season. Stewart's honors include Honorable Mention in the Big 9, 2 nd Team Columbia Basin League and the National Honor Society with a 3.66 GPA. As a guard she averaged 10 points and 5 rebounds per game. "We are excited to have Angel in our program. She is a strong, shooting guard that plays under control and has a high basketball IQ." Noted Heuer. Stewart plans on studying Art and Psychology.
