Evergreen drops game to Seattle U 47-81 |

January 30, 2007 SEATTLE, Wash. -
Last night's game saw all ten players from the Seattle University team score at least four points as their women's basketball team posted an 81-47 victory over Evergreen College Tuesday night at the Connolly Center. Seattle was able to utilize their team well, compiling 23 assists, which led to 61.5 percent shooting from the field. Seattle forced 17 turnovers and held the Geoducks to just 29.8 percent shooting for the game. Laina Sobczak led Seattle in scoring with 14 points. Two other Redhawks scored in double figures with Payne scoring 13 points and Carly Fromdahl adding ten points. |
