Volleyball Opens Season at Lewis & Clark Tourney

Portland, OR - Evergreen narrowly lost their final match of the tournament to Lewis and Clark College Saturday with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, 27-25.

Senior Madeline Blevens led ESC in point scoring with 8 game kills and just one error for a .333% game.

On Friday, Evergreen won their first match by forfiet when Walla Walla University cancelled. The second game for the Geoducks matched them up with the Mounties of Eastern Oregon. Eastern won in three sets with scores of 25-11, 25-22, 25-8.

Northwest Christian def Evergreen 25-21, 25-17, 25-17 on Saturday.

Evergreen will travel to Salem, Oregon Wednesday for a game with Willamette University.
