ASHLAND, Oregon - The Geoducks (4-21) lost to The Southern Oregon University Raider (17-6) volleyball team and concluded their 2006 season Saturday night. The Raiders swept the Geoducks
in three straight sets 30-18, 30-14, 30-17.

Kandice Gleaves and Madeline Blevens led Evergreen with 6 kills each. Chelsea Jacobson had an impressive 25 assists in the game.

SOU sophomore standout Mia Wortel led the way for the Raiders with 20 kills and five blocks on the evening.

Friday night Evergreen lost to Oregon Tech in Klamath Falls 0-3. Game scores were 15-30, 23-30, 22-30. Emily Peterson was the leading scorer with 10 kills. Jacobson has 17 set assists.
