CALDWELL, Idaho - Albertson College of Idaho won their tenth match in a row with a 30-18, 30-12, 30-15 victory over Evergreen State in the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

Albertson (23-2, 15-0 CCC), the No. 9 ranked team in the NAIA, clinched the CCC regular-season title and host berth for the CCC and NAIA Region I postseason tournaments.

The Geoducks (4-19, 2-12), who have lost their seventh game in a row, were led by eight kills each from Emily Peterson and Kandice Gleaves.

Albertson senior Aubrey Nielsen recorded eight kills in the win, with libero Catherine Everist having 17 digs. Erin Cherrington notched her career milestone dig in Game 3, while the 14-time NAIA Region I Setter of the Week led the way with 46 assists in the win.

Evergreen lost to Eastern Oregon on Friday night in La Grande, OR with scores of 14-30, 20-30, 28-30.

The Geoducks are home this week, playing Warner Pacific on Friday and Cascade College on Saturday. Both games at 7:00 PM.
