SALEM , OR. - Evergreen Volleyball faced three teams this weekend at the Willamette University Volleyball Tournament.

On Friday night the Geoducks lost to Linfield College 0-3.

Evergreen loses to Linfield College in Day 1 of Willamette Tournament. On Saturday the played a double header against UC – Santa Cruz and Willamette University losing both matches.

The Banana Slugs swept three games of the match against the Geoducks. Evergreen's versus Willamette was a closer match-up, with scores of 30-27, 30-19, 25-30, 30-21.

Senior athletes Emily Peterson ( Tenino , WA ), Chelsea Jacobson ( Olympia , WA ) and freshman Kandice Gleaves ( Olympia , WA ) were the standout players of the tournament for Evergreen.

Evergreen is now 0-5 on the road. Their first home game and first Cascade Conference game will happen Tuesday September 5 at 7:00 PM.
