GRESHAM, OR. - Most of the Geoducks concluded their season at the close of the CCC Track and Field Championships today at the campus of Mt. Hood Community College. Overall, it wasn't the best performance of the season as a team, but there were some solid efforts by many.

Ana Casillas finished 9th in the 5000 meters, breaking 19:00 for the fourth time this season in 18:56.55. Closing out their collegiate careers, Lindsey Farah hit her season's best in the 800 meters in 2:25.06 (14th place) and Diann Leo ran a personal best in the 10,000 meters finishing 14th in 45:20.
The only scored points came from Britta Peterson in the 3000 meter steeplechase, where she finished 7th despite a bad fall on the water barrier just after she had moved into the top 3 in the race.
Jason Shoemaker ended his collegiate career with a ninth place in the 100 meters (12.2), Ryan Lara had a personal best in the 800 meters (11th) in 1:59.03.
