Three school records updated at today's indoor meet

SEATTLE, Wash. - Including a handful of Geoducks, over 900 athletes took part in today's meet at Dempsey Arena in Seattle. Teams from NCAA Div I, II and III, NAIA colleges and universities, community college's and clubs were present.
Highlight performances from Evergreen athletes included Emily Uhlig (Sr) in the 3000 meters. Uhlig paced a 10:56.28 effort to earn a personal best and set a new indoor record for Evergreen at that event. She placed 6th in her heat and finished 27th of 54 overall.
In the men's 400 meters, Freshman Ryan Lara placed 21st of 38 competitors. Lara won his heat in a time of :52.90 and established a school record for the quarter mile. Eric Jones (Jr) knocked a second off the previous indoor mile school record with a 4:41.30 performance.
