Track season wraps up with win at SPU |

| Contact: Erik Snyder (360) 867-6537 May 14, 2006 SEATTLE , Wash. -The Evergreen track team wrapped up one of its best seasons in years at the Ken Foreman Invitational this weekend at Seattle Pacific University . The Geoducks were led by James Hudson who won the men's 10,000 meters with a time of 34:17.85. Hudson 's race win capped a stellar season for the Geoducks who saw a multitude of personal bests set and six school records fall. In women's events, Rachel Ross posted a third place finish in the shot put, improving her personal best and the school record to 37'3". Rachel Williams posted personal best times in the 800 meters and 1500 meters. Williams ran a 2:30.12 in the 800 and a 5:12.64 in the 1500. Both times rank in the top five times in those events by Evergreen women.
