OLYMPIA, WA – Evergreen lost to Cascade Conference rival Concordia University 0-5 this afternoon. The Cavaliers had a hat trick from Joey Graham who scored 3 of CU's goals.

Evergreen slips to 1-4-0 this season. Concordia improves to 4-2-0.

Concordia’s Tyler Doty was the first to score 18 minutes into the first period with a low shot past Evergreen goalkeeper Matt Stalnik. Before the end of the first period, Graham scored his first with teammate Kossivi Alokpovi on the assist with 11 minutes remaining in the period.

The Geoducks seemed to let Concordia get the best of them in the physical play, drawing 20 fouls and four cautions during the game. The Cavaliers were able to control the momentum of the game, leaving the Evergreen bench disheartened.
