Geoducks fall 5-0

OLYMPIA, Wash. - Evergreen struggled to get shots off against the Warriors, while Western Baptist fired off 20 against the Geoducks. The ball stayed in the Geoduck half of the field for most of the day.

Evergreen (3-13, 1-9) dropped their eighth game in a row. Western Baptist (9-5-1, 7-3) got on the scoreboard early and took control of the game. Taurai Daka and Danny Agee had two goals apiece for the Warriors.

The Warriors used their athleticism and speed to outrun the Geoducks to most long balls, and tackles. Daka, one of the best players in the conference, controlled the ball well and kept Evergreen guessing all day on his next move.

Evergreen will take to the road next Friday when the head to Cascade College. The game will start at 3:00 p.m.
