Menefee earns Cascade Conference recognition

PORTLAND, Ore. - Cascade Collegiate Conference (NAIA) player of the Week honors awarded to Nathan Menefee (So, Timberline High School) for his play in last weekends away games.

The Geoducks had a 2-0 on-the-road record as they defeated Lewis and Clark State (Idaho) 92-85 Friday and Whitman College 88-73 Saturday.

Menefee combined for 60 points in the two games with a high of 32 vs LC State. The 5' 10" sophomore guard also posted two-game stats of 8 assists, 63% from 3 point range and hit 93% of his free throws.

Evergreen resumes conference play Tuesday the 18th at Southern Oregon University.
