CALDWELL, Idaho -- Thomas Cook's perfect shooting helped The Evergreen men (8-18 overall, 4-9 CCC) win their second straight as they defeated the Albertson 'Yotes (9-12 overall, 6-6 CCC) 72-59.

The Geoducks came out strong and led going into the break 25-24, but allowed the 'Yotes a quick and minor lead into the second half. Evergreen then went on their flawless shooting streak in the last 14 minutes of the game, making 12-12 which included four from outside the arc.

Evergreen's forward, Thomas Cook, led the team in scoring with 18, shooting an amazing 100 percent from the floor (9-9). Doug Dietz was not far behind with 17, while Wes Newton added 11 and Luke Hammond chipped in ten.

The Geoducks return home next Friday, the fourth, as they host the Concordia University Cavaliers (13-9 overall, 4-6 CCC) at 7:30 p.m.
