The Cavaliers won their fourth straight game tonight, downing Evergreen State 79-60 to move into a tie for seventh-place with Geoducks in the Cascade Conference standings.

Evergreen pulled out to an early lead, and led 20-16 deep in the first half before Concordia ended the half on 16-4 run to lead 32-24 at the break.

Evergreen got within five points early in the second half, but it was all Concordia from then on as the Cavs improved to 12-14 on the season and 5-8 in the Cascade Conference.

Senior Brandon Erlandson led the team with 23 points, while senior Jon Lee and junior point guard Michael Lay added 16 points each. Lay nailed three three-pointers while Erlandson and Lee hit two each from beyond the arc.

Barson Collins led the Geoducks (10-17 overall, 5-9 CCC) with 15 points. Reserve Dennis Flynn added nine points for Evergreen while the Geoducks' regular scorers were kept under wraps by the Cavaliers.
