Biographical Note
Shari Auth is a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist. She is also certified in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and the creator of the Auth Method. Ms. Auth has a full time practice in the healing arts in New York City and has been practicing since 1995.

This instructional DVD teaches how to give a full body massage using the forearms as the primary massage tool. These techniques can be used for both deep tissue and light circulatory massage. Learning to massage with the forearms is essential to the career longevity of massage therapists. By using the forearms massage therapists will be able to work deeper and longer with less wear and tear on the more fragile joints of the hands. This DVD also includes simple Qi Gong exercises for better body mechanics while massaging.
