How did Evergreen prepare you for your professional life?

One of the most valuable set of tools I got from Evergreen was the ability to communicate in all medias and especially listening. I try to look at situations from different perspectives (seminars!!!) and remember that my way may be the right way to me but is not necessarily the only right way.
