J&J believes in “connection before correction.” J&J Solutions Foundation Inc. is a non- profit organization whose mission is to use structured, experiential opportunities to help at-risk youth and young adults effect positive change in their lives. Through personal experience, encouragement, and practical tools, J&J mentors demonstrate how to shape key values and constructive behaviors including respect, trust, and personal responsibility. J&J strives to help develop a solid foundation by building mental, emotional, and physical health.
