By bringing together concepts and synthesizing information & experiences into a cohesive whole. Everything I've learned in my life to this point--in school and in various modes of employment, as well as creatively, interpersonally, physically, emotionally and spiritually (I'm 43)--is utterly relevant to the path I'm now on as a Life Coach with an emphasis on Intuitive Eating practices.
