I work with adults, children, and adolescents specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, postpartum & parenting issues, and GLBTQ issues.
The focus of my work is to help you address life issues through art therapy. I'd like to help you find the helpful and knowing artists that lives within you, within all of us. By a blending of creativity, education, compassion and encouragement, I hope to help you feel more grounded in your life. Co-creator of Om Art yoga and mandala making workshops.
