How to use this reservation form


  1. Read the "Visitor Information" sections for Information Session and Campus Tour and Class Visit and Overnight Stay availability.
    NOTE: Visit options are not available when the College is closed.
  2. Make your selection(s) for your visit.
  3. Identify the date of your visit.
  4. Complete the contact information.
  5. Click on “Submit” to send your request to the Student Visitor Program.

You will receive your visit confirmation via email from the Student Visitor Program. A parking voucher will be mailed to you via US Postal Service.

Plan your visit!
We need at least three weeks notice to schedule your class and/or overnight visit.


Visitor Information

Spring Quarter

Information Sessions and Campus Tour
Available April 7, 2008 to May 30, 2008

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • Afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stays
Available beginning April 7, 2008 to June 6, 2008.

The College is closed on May 26. Limited services are available on June 13, Graduation Day 2008.


Visitor Information

Summer Quarter

Information Sessions and Campus Tour
Available June 16, 2008 to August 29, 2008.

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • The afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stays
Not available during summer. These options will be available starting October 2008.

The College is closed on July 4 and September 1.

Available September 29, 2008 to December 21, 2008.

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • The afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stays
Available beginning October 6, 2008 to December 5, 2008.

The College is closed on September 1, November 27 and 28 and December 25 and 26.

Class visits and overnight stays will be limited on November 5 to 7, 2008 during the Faculty Retreat.
Class visits and overnight stays are not available November 24 to 28, 2008.
