How to use this reservation form

  1. Read the "Visitor Information" sections for Information Session and Campus Tour and Class Visit and Overnight Stay availability.
    NOTE: Visit options are not available when the College is closed.
  2. Make your selection(s) for your visit.
  3. Identify the date of your visit.
  4. Complete the contact information.
  5. Click on "Submit" to send your request to the Student Visitor Program. After your reservation form is submitted on the web, you will receive a web message acknowledging that your request has been sent. This is not a confirmation of your visit reservation.

Your request will be reviewed and confirmed depending on space availability. You will be contacted by telephone and/or email if we cannot accommodate your request. And, you will receive your visit confirmation by email from the Student Visitor Program. A parking voucher will be mailed to you through the US Postal Service.

Plan your visit!

a. We need at least three weeks notice to schedule your class visit and/or overnight stay.

b. You will need to attend an Evergreen Information Session prior to your class visit.

c. Class visits are not available on Wednesday afternoon.

Visit Itinerary Example I:
Arrive on a Monday for the 1:00 p.m. Evergreen Information Session and Campus Tour. Stay overnight and then, attend a class visit on Tuesday morning.

Visit Itinerary Example II:
Arrive on a Wednesday at about 4:00 p.m. to check -in for your overnight stay. Attend the 10:00 a.m. Evergreen Information Session on Thursday, followed by the Campus Tour. Then, go to a class visit on Thursday afternoon.

Fall Quarter

Information Session and Campus Tour
Available September 28, 2009 to December 18, 2009.

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • The afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stay
Available beginning October 5, 2009 to December 4, 2009.

The College is closed on November 26 and 27 and December 24 and 25. Class visits and overnight stays are not available November 23 to 29, 2009.

Winter Quarter

Information Session and Campus Tour
Available January 4, 2010 to March 19, 2010

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • The afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stay
Available January 11, 2010 to March 5, 2010.

The College is closed on January 18 and February 15.

Spring Quarter

Available March 29, 2010 to May 28, 2010.

  • Morning information sessions at 10 a.m. are available Monday through Friday.
  • Afternoon information session at 1 p.m. is available Monday and Friday.
  • The Campus Tour is available following each information session.

Class Visit and Overnight Stay
Available April 5, 2010 to May 28, 2010.

The College is closed on May 31. Limited services are available on June 11, Graduation Day 2010.
