Hooray! You've been admitted and on your way to BECOMING an Evergreen student.

Many campus offices will send email to your email address only. Once you activate your account, you can forward email from to your personal email account.

Activate Account

After you activate your account, you will also be able to pay the advance tuition deposit ($50 US), housing application fee, and tuition from this student account.

Registration and Records will send your online registration time ticket to your account. Financial Aid will also notify you about your award through Academic Advising will offer New Student Orientation. Academic Fair covers the "must-do's" to prepare yourself for registration. Everyone needs a place to live. Have you taken a look at your on-campus housing options? You can apply for Housing and even select your apartment online.

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99, is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an application program of the US Department of Education. Information about your records can be released only to you. Every office at Evergreen is bound by FERPA – therefore, it includes, but is not limited to: admissions, financial aid, registration, student financial services, and the health center. Evergreen cannot release information to your parents, counselors, or friends. Registration and Records maintains information about FERPA and the Confidentiality of Records.

Time to Make a Decision

You've done all of your research on the colleges that interest you. You've considered all of your options. Naturally, you've decided to enroll at Evergreen. Go to your student account and pay the $50 (US) advance tuition deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the tuition for your first quarter at Evergreen. This advance tuition deposit is not refundable. Transfer students will receive a transfer credit review by an Admissions Credentials Evaluator after this fee has been paid.

Good to Know: About Fall Quarter

  • The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available on October 1. Complete the FAFSA early to meet Evergreen's financial aid priority deadline (February 1).
  • Evergreen's Foundation offers a variety of scholarships. The application deadline for most scholarships is February 1.
  • Admitted Student Open House is on April 8, 2017.
  • Online registration starts in May.
  • New Student Orientation is expanded to give you a little more time to settle-in to Evergreen and Olympia before the school year begins.

Remember to have your final official transcript sent to Admissions. High school seniors will request this document after graduation. Transfer students will request this document when you know that your grades have been posted. Evergreen accepts e-transcripts from other schools and colleges who are registered members with Docufide, National Student Clearinghouse, Naviance and Scrip-Safe International.

Evergreen is committed to the health and safety of all members of the campus community. The Measles Immunization form (PDF) is required from all students. The form also includes a waiver to complete if you were not vaccinated. Health & Counseling Services provides additional information about immunization.
