CAB Vending

PLEASE NOTE: These policies are for Vendors and do not apply to Registered Student Groups, Academic Programs and Evergreen Campus Offices. Please see CAB Tabling if you are one of these groups.

The Student Activities Office schedules tables on the 2nd floor of the College Activities Building (CAB) for the selling, merchandising, and information of goods and services. Private vendors, individuals, and student businesses may reserve space in the College Activities Building to provide goods for sale (3) times per quarter. This is a service that is provided to the campus community and to enhance student life.

Vendor space is provided for the sale of products and/or display of information on a first come, first serve basis. You are reserving SPACE, with one 3x4' table, 2 chairs, and an area 9'x8'. You are assigned to Space #1 to the right of the CAB entrance doors and just outside the entrance to the Bookstore.

All reserved space must be paid for in advance.  If you have reserved a space and cannot come, please contact Student Activities to reserve another day. If a vendor has not paid by the reserved day, they will be required to go to the Cashier's Office to pay BEFORE they can set up their vendor space. Failure to do so will result in you having to possibly leave your booth unattended while visiting the Cashier's Office, and/or be grounds for refusal of further vendor reservations.

The cost per day, per space, is as follows. This fee is non-refundable. Vending table is reserved for the FULL-DAY.

Garage sales by registered students: $ 5.00
Individuals, Small businesses, arts & crafts, jewelry, etc: $30.00
Government entities: $30.00
Corporations, Credit Unions, Banks, etc: $50.00

Loading and unloading of vendor goods must be done in the CAB basement only. Vehicles must be moved to one of the campus parking lots when loading/unloading is complete. DRIVING ONTO RED SQUARE FOR ANY REASON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A $2.00 parking fee is required if you do not have a parking sticker. You may pay for parking at the Parking Booth the day of your arrival.

The following types of vending and practices are prohibited: health screenings, psychic readings, tarot card reading, counseling services, food sales, new books, and the burning of candles or incense. Please remember that Evergreen maintains a "fragrance-free" campus and smoking is also in designated locations only.

Additionally, there are other locations available outside the CAB on Red Square or other room locations available as an alternative to the CAB location. Please contact Conference Services to reserve these alternatives.
