Planning Calendar for RSO's
This calendar shows both CONFIRMED (green) events and TENTATIVE (Yellow) events.
This calendar can be utilized by your organization so you don't plan your big event on the same day as another RSO.
To use this calendar:1. Identify the month you wish to hold your event. 2. Switch to the month you want using the blue arrows at the top left of the calendar. 3. View both the confirmed and tentative events for that month. 4. Select a tentative date for your event that does not interfere with other events. 5. Use the form on the right to have your Tentative event placed on the calendar! ...OR: If possible, Fill out a Tentative Production Worksheet (TPW) with your Advisor, and we'll do the rest. |
