During
the Spring field trip we stayed at the Crow Butte State Park campground where
we had one of our more exciting experiences; not long after we set up camp
(in the wind), the sprinkler system went off and soaked anything in its way.
While some folks went running to get the manager, others tried covering the
gushing water with lange rocks and such. Beyond that, the area was enjoyable.
While being surrounded by the Colombia River, we could also climb the hills
to catch a view
